Thiruvananthapuram: Vivo has officially announced that its highly anticipated Vivo T3 smartphone will make its grand entry into the Indian market on March 21st. The smartphone has been confirmed as a Flipkart exclusive and is expected to join the league of recent mid-range launches this month, including the Nothing Phone 2a, Realme 12, Realme 12+ 5G, and iQOO Z9 5G, among others.
According to information shared by Vivo, the T3 is set to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset and will be available in at least a blue color variant, boasting a triple vertical camera setup on the back.
Anticipated specifications and price of the Vivo T3:
Reports suggest that the Vivo T3 will sport a 6.67-inch Full HD+ OLED display with an impressive 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is likely to be powered by the MediaTek 7200 SoC coupled with an Arm Mali G610 GPU to handle all graphics-intensive tasks. It may also come equipped with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage.
In terms of camera capabilities, the Vivo T3 is expected to feature a dual-camera setup along with a 2 MP secondary sensor, while a 16 MP front-facing shooter will cater to selfie and video calling needs.
Moreover, the Vivo T3 is rumored to pack a hefty 5,000mAh battery, complemented by a 44W fast charger. Connectivity-wise, the T3 may support 8 5G bands, Bluetooth version 5.3, WiFi 6, and a dual stereo speaker setup. It is also likely to incorporate an in-display fingerprint sensor and carry an IP54 rating for splash and dust resistance.
While the expected price tag for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage variant of the Vivo T3 is Rs. 20,999, it’s essential to note that these are merely rumoured prices. Fans and tech enthusiasts will have to await the official launch on March 21st to confirm the exact pricing and specifications of the Vivo T3.
