Mumbai: India successfully test-fired the indigenously developed laser-guided anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs). DRDO clarified the test, arranged in Ahmednagar in Maharashtra, was successful. Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh congratulated DRDO and the force for making the venture a great success.
The footage of the missile crossing the targets in two different ranges has come out.
Currently the missile is being technically examined. It is confirmed that the missile can be well used in both longer and shorter distance, said the Ministry of Defence.
On 29 June, DRDO successfully test-fired an indigenously developed tank vedha missile at Ahammad nagar. Both tests were from the Arjun tank in K K Nagar.
