New Delhi: Reinforcing the capability of the Indian Army to thwart any enemy aggression, the Chief of Army Staff General Bipin Rawat said that Pakistan would not dare attack India in a Kargil-like manner. The General said that there is no area that the Indian army has left unoccupied.
General Rawat said, “There is no area which has been left unoccupied. I don’t think Pakistan would dare to do it again as it has already seen the result when it did this last time.”
In addition, the Chief of Army Staff announced that the Ministry of Defence has cleared the restructuring of the Army headquarters to turn the army into an agile, lethal and capability-based force. He said that the implementation of the plans will now begin.
