Delhi Police said that 21-year old climate activist Disha Ravi sent the toolkit document relating to farmers protest on Telegram app to Greta Thunberg and persuaded her to post it.
On February 4, they came across a Google document titled toolkit on twitter. After investigation they got to know that the toolkit document was created by a pro-Khalistani group named Poetic Justice Foundation and people associated with it.
“The two portions of the toolkit document mentions the actions of creating a storm on Twitter prior and post January 26 and also mentions tasks such as disruption of India’s cultural heritage and targeting Indian embassies abroad. The actions mentioned in the toolkit have all been implemented on ground,” said JCP Nath, Cyber Crime unit of Delhi Police.
“Activists Nikita Jacob and her associates Shantanu, a Canadian citizen and Disha Ravi were all part of creating and editing the toolkit document,” said JCP Nath
