BJP’s newest member actor Mithun Chakraborty compared himself to a cobra and said he will finish the opposition in one bite.
Mithun Chakraborty joined the Bharatiya Janata Party at Brigade Parade Ground in the presence of state party chief Dilip Ghosh.
While sharing the dais with Prime Minister Modi today, the actor turned politician said, “It is a dream come true to share the stage with the biggest leader our beloved Narendra Modi. I always wanted to work for the poor and I will fulfill that dream too.”
“Ami ekta cobra, ek chobol-ei chobi (I am a cobra, my one is enough to kill people,” said Mithun Chakraborty.
Chakraborty was a Rajya Sabha MP for Trinamool Congress (TMC) before resigning.
