Bharatiya Janata Party leader Devendra Fadnavis stated that the party will register a big win in Assam. He made this statement during his visit to Guwahati.
Earlier Sharad Pawar had predicted that BJP will win in Assam but in other states other parties will win the elections.
“I don’t completely agree to the statement made by Sharad Pawar. If BJP will win big in Assam, it will also win in all other states,” said Fadnavis.
West Bengal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Assam and Puducherry will be going to the poll in the coming months.
Assembly Elections in Assam for 126 seats will be held in 3 phases, on March 27, April 1 and April 6. The counting of votes will take place on May 2.
