A temporary gallery set up for spectators during a national junior kabaddi championship in Telangana’s Suryapet collapsed on Monday (March 22) and several people suffered injuries.
The incident took place shortly after 47th national kabaddi championship was launched. No causalities have been reported so far and the injured people were taken to the nearby hospital for treatment.
The police said that the temporary set up for the spectators could not handle the huge crowd that gathered and collapsed.
