Sachin Tendulkar has been hospitalised after he tested positive for COVID-19 on March 27. He was admitted to H.N.Reliance Foundation Hospital late at night after complaints of cold and fever.
Tendulkar in a statement on March 27 confirmed that he tested positive for the virus and all the other family members tested negative.
He confirmed that he was admitted in hospital on his official Twitter account. Sachin also wished his teammates on the 10th anniversary of Team India’s World Cup victory.
“Thank you for your wishes and prayers. As a matter of abundant precaution under medical advice, I have been hospitalised. I hope to be back home in a few days. Take care and stay safe everyone. Wishing all Indians & my teammates on the 10th anniversary of our World Cup Flag of India win,” tweeted Tendulkar.
