Amid surge of COVID-19 cases in Kerala, the State Health Department has issued an order making RT-PCR test mandatory for the people who are coming from other States to Kerala.
Those who did not undergo RT-PCR test should remain in quarantine for 14 days, the order said.
The test should be conducted within 48 hours before their arrival. Those who conduct test after their arrival should be in quarantine till the result comes.
People who test negative for Covid should strictly follow Covid protocols like wearing mask and maintaining social distancing.
