Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said that he will cancel his visit to poll-bound West Bengal on Friday as he would be chairing a high-level meeting on the prevailing Covid situation.
Taking to his tweeter handle, PM Modi said, “Tomorrow, will be chairing high-level meetings to review the prevailing COVID-19 situation.”
“Due to that, I would not be going to West Bengal,” he said.
“During today’s high level meet, we reviewed the situation relating to oxygen supply and ways to further boost oxygen availability in the coming days,” PM Modi added.
