Lucknow, June 10 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh government wants Egyptian companies to invest in the state.
The request was made here on Thursday by Abhishek Prakash, CEO of Invest UP, who told the audience about investment opportunities in Uttar Pradesh, an official statement on Friday said.
Prakash invited Egypt-based companies to invest in Uttar Pradesh.
Navneet Sehgal, Additional Chief Secretary in the Department of the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, also addressed a virtual buyer-seller meeting of ‘attar’ and ‘Itr’ producers from Kannauj and perfume importers of Egypt.
Sehgal assured buyers and sellers of all possible support from the Uttar Pradesh government.
Representatives from India and Egypt discussed the Egyptian fragrance market.
