New Delhi: In the background of the BJPs victory in Azamgarh and Rampur by-elections, AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi marked his criticism on Akhilesh Yadav.
He said “Akhilesh Yadav is arrogant and the UP byelection result shows that the Samajwadi Party (SP) cannot defeat the BJP. They are not honest and the minorities should not give their votes to such candidates. Whoever is responsible for the success of the BJP, they are called the B team and C team.”
The BJP has won seats in the constituencies where SP has strong support. BJP attained seats in the constituencies of SP leaders Akhilesh Yadav and Azam Khan. His father Mulayam Singh Yadav was elected as an MP from this constituency, Owaisi added.
Owaisi alleged that Akhilesh did not even go there to say why he is not contesting in the election.
