Srinagar: A drone from Pakistan was spotted at Chiliyari area in Samba district today. Security forces spotted the drone flying up around 500 metres. The drone hovered around 12 minutes and then flew back to Pakistan area.
The incident took place at 5.30 in the morning. The security forces started search operation in the area to check if the drone has dropped any packages. It is reported that the search is still underway.
Earlier, on 3 June , a drone had spotted in the same area. The villagers informed the matter to the police.
