Glorious victory for Shinde; wins floor test with 164 votes; jolt for Uddhav

Mumbai: Eknath Shinde Government faced the vote of confidence in the Assembly at 11 am and has proved the majority. The Shinde Government has passed comfortably with 164 votes.

The Government required 114 votes to win. Shinde Government has also secured votes of Uddhav Thackeray camp MLA Santhosh Bangar and PWPI legislator Shyamsundar Shinde.

99 members voted against the Government and three abstained from voting.
