New Delhi: The people of Jharkhand are all prepared to welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi with thousands of lamps lightened on either side of the road. The images are spreading across social media. Modi will reach Jharkhand today, to inaugurate several developmental projects.
The PM will visit Deoghar today and flag off developmental projects worth 16,800 crore rupees and also inaugurate Deoghar airport. In 2018, the Prime Minister himself had laid the foundation stone for the airport. The construction has been completed at a cost of 400 crores. The airport has facilities to afford 5 lakhs of passengers in a year and it is the second largest airport in Jharkhand.
The PM will open the operation theatres and in-patient departments in Deoghar AIIMS. The aim of opening super speciality hospitals is to provide better medical security to the people. This will also help for the development of efficient doctors and medical professionals.
Modi will also lay the foundation stone for multiple road development projects worth over Rs 10000 crore. Development of two halls to conduct prayers for around 2000 of pilgrims, renovation of the Jalsar lake, development of the Shiv Ganga pond will also be inaugurated by the PM.
