Palakkad: A charge sheet on the brutal murder of RSS leader S K Sreenivasan has been submitted to Palakkad First class Judicial Magistrate court today. The charge sheet contains 1607 pages. The murder case has 26 accused, 279 witnesses, 293 documents and 282 evidences.
Popular Front terrorists murdered Sreenivasan in his shop on 16 April 2022. The heinous crime was soon after the murder of Popular Front leader Subair. Sreenivasan was attacked and killed by PFI gang a his motorbike shop in Melamuri.
The postmortem report mentioned that Sreenivasan’s body had more than 10 deep wounds.
Meanwhile, Rasheed, the mastermind of the crime and other 10 accused are still absconding. Though numerous evidences including CCTV footages were collected, police failed to trap all accused yet .
