Lucknow: Kanpur Development Authority has issued notice to Dawat-E-Islami in the background of illegal building construction.
The action has taken against a building situated in Kenalganch and they are instructed to present all necessary documents to prove their authorization and further procedures will be taken after that.
The notice was issued against Dawat-E-Islami’s five-storied building at Chhota Mian Ka Hata in Kanpur. It is alleged that the building was constructed illegally.
The administration can take strict actions and also demolish the buildings that were made illegally.
We will check the documents thoroughly and take actions accordingly, says the authority’s special officer Avanish Singh.
Dawat-e-Islami’s involvement in the Udaipur murder case had already been established. And now the case on the building has tightened the actions against the organization.
