Kochi: Swapna Suresh, main accused in the gold smuggling case, has again come up with grave accusations against former minister K T Jaleel. Swapna today informed that she has never told K T Jaleel has no role in gold smuggling. Jaleel has not got a clean chit, that’s too a wrong report. Even the CM had violated the protocol and all evidences are handed over to the ED, said Swapna.
Jaleel had sent mail to the UAE consulate and thus violated the protocol. It was while Swapna was working at Space Park and K T Jaleel, at several times, manipulated the personal relation, added Swapna.
K T Jaleel had frequently disturbed her to make arrangements to ban ‘Madhyamam’ daily. Not only K T Jaleel, but Chief Minister, Kadakampally Surendran and Kanthapuram too had violated the protocol and held secret meetings with UAE consulate, Swapna told reporters.
K T Jaleel, last day had told that he had got clean chit in the gold smuggling case. His response was on the basis of Swapna’s affidavit. Swapna, while responding to this, replied that his misinterpretation is because of his ignorance in English and he could understand what all has mentioned in the affidavit if he goes through it three times.
