New Delhi: Twelve police officials from Kerala including ADGP Manoj Abraham have been selected for the President’s Police Medals (PPM) on the occasion of the Independence Day.
ADGP Manoj Abraham and ACP Biju George were awarded for distinguished service. Rest of the ten officials will receive medals for meritorious service.
Deputy Commissioner V U Kuryacose, S P PA Muhammad Arif, Training Assistant Director T K Subramanian, S P PC Sajeevan, Assistant Commissioneer KK Sajeev, Deputy Superintendent Ajaykumar Velayudhan Nair, Assistant Commissioner T P Premarajan, Deputy Superintendent Abdul Rahim Ali Kunj, Assistant Commissioner Raju Kunjan Velikkakath and Armed Police Inspector M K Hari Prasad are the others who have been selected for the award.
1082 officers have been selected for the awards this time and among them, 171 people are from the CRPF.
