New Delhi: Union Minister Amit Shah said that subjects related to national securities should always be prioritized. He expressed this while addressing the closing ceremony of a two days national security meeting.
The challenges including drug smuggling were discussed in the meeting that was held under the leadership of the Union Home Minister. Cyber scams and changes occurred in the boundary regions due to population were also discussed. The higher police officials in states and union territories, except CAPF, were there in the meeting.
Minister emphasized that the control of the technical things related to all states would come under the responsibility of the respective DGPs. They need to be given special attention to the matters of the border districts.
After Narendra Modi was sworn in as the PM in 2014, he has been giving special importance to the internal security of the nation. The country has strengthened the facilities to overcome the challenges that prevailed in the nation. Many innovative laws have come up. The solidarity between the states has been improved. The budget share increased and utilised the technological advancements to its maximum, added Amit Shah.
