Russia captured terrorist who had plans to blast India

Mosco: Russia Federation Service has captured an IS suicide bomber who planned to assassinate one of the top Indian leaders.

Some Russian media have been reporting that he had planned to kill Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The terrorist had received the quotation from Turkey on April, last year. As per the information, a major IS leader had made him the in charge to conduct a massive terrorist attack in India. He is a native of the central Asian region.

The terrorists planned their operations through the Telegram platform.
