Thiruvananthapuram: The Government continues misdeeds to the family members of those who died due to corona. The government did not pay the compensation amount despite being instructed to do so. 3717 families are yet to get the compensation amount.
The distribution of compensations are being delayed by the government due to technical issues. More mistakes were based on the bank accounts. Meanwhile, the amount was not yet paid to those who rectified all the errors.
Earlier, the court had directed that 5,000 rupees should be paid within one month after the death of corona patients. The amount is issued by the disaster management department under the revenue department. The explanation given by the authorities is that this is the mistake made when the Supreme Court directed to pay the compensation amount quickly.
