Thiruvananthapuram: Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has announced chance for heavy rain in Kerala today. Four districts received yellow alert and as per reports, the heavy will be continued in the coming days too.
Yellow alerts are issued in Kottayam, Idukki, Palakkad and Malappuram districts, today and In 24 hours , the districts are predicted to receive 64.5 to 115.5 Millilitres of rainfall . The authorities warned to follow strict alerts in the districts that received a yellow alert.
Yellow alert in different districts:
28-08-22 : Kottayam, Idukki, Palakkad and Malappuram
30-08-22 : Kottayam, Idukki, Palakkad and Malappuram, Kozhikode and Wayanad
31-08-22 : Kottayam Idukki and Malappuram
