Dumka: BJP President Deepak Prakash has today demanded the authorities to enquire the role of Popular Front, in the case in which the Hindu girl Ankita, was set on fire by a stalker in Jharkhand. Sharukh, the accused, had proposed the 16 year old girl and harassed her to convert her religion. When the girl rejected his demand, the accused burnt her alive by throwing petrol on her and set her ablaze, said Deepak Prakash.
Anti-national activities are increasing in the state. He also hinted that the CM Hemant Soren- led government is providing secret support to terrorism, targeting the Muslim vote bank.
BJP also demanded that the state government must make arrangements to enquire the role of Popular Front in Ankita’s murder case.
