NewDelhi: The National Investigation Agency submitted a charge sheet in the case of recruitment to the banned communist terrorist organization. The charge sheet was submitted in the Special Court of Ernakulam against Kambampati Chaitanya and Valagutta Anjayanelu, natives of Andhra Pradesh.
The accused recruited and trained youths for the communist terrorist organization. They also conducted camps to spread the ideas of the terrorist organization. It was clear from the investigation that the defendants are still continuing their activities. The NIA said that a case has been registered against the accused.
The investigation revealed that Srikanth, a native of Wayanad, Pinaka Pani and Varalakshmi, writers of the revolutionary organization of Andhra Pradesh, became members of the terrorist organization. In a case filed by the NIA in February, the accused have been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.
