Attempt of humiliation: charged case against CPM branch secretary

Kasaragod: Chanthera police registered a case against PTA president and CPM branch secretary for an attempt to humiliate a student who came to Onam celebration.

The case was filed against Balachandran, CPM Echikavval branch secretary.

Meanwhile, there is some controversy against this case as it excluded POCSO charges over a claim that the child has crossed 18 years.
