Baramulla: Gulam Nabi Azad, the leader who left the Congress party recently, had said that the Article 370 cannot be restored as it is offered by some political parties. They are trying to cheat the Kashmiri people by giving such offers. He said that he would not allow anyone to manipulate the people.
The Central Government had revoked Article 370 with the help of their majority in the parliament. Any political party that has a 2/3rd majority can only take a decision on this matter. How many people are daring to do that?, Azad asked without criticizing the Congress or Gupkar coalition directly.
The announcement regarding the new political party will be out soon within ten days, said Azad. He added saying that he would not cooperate with parties that are not willing to give freedom of speech and work.
