NewDelhi: Delhi Rose Avenue Court ordered to file a case against K T Jaleel MLA in Azad Kashmir controversy. The court’s favorable verdict was on a petition filed by Supreme Court lawyer G S Mani.
Mani approached the court demanding that a case be filed against Jaleel on serious charges including sedition. He had also submitted the order issued by the court in similar cases. Apart from this, the police had also submitted a report to the court against Jaleel.
The court has directed to take up the case under appropriate sections. It was also suggested to register an FIR.
In this situation, Delhi Police will immediately take steps including arresting Jaleel. G S Mani filed a complaint with the Delhi Tilak Marg Police. The police had sought legal advice regarding taking action against Jaleel in the complaint. The court will issue a final verdict on the petition the next day.
