Lucknow: Action taken against the Madrassa that was built illegally by capturing the land. Madrassa, near Banda-Thanda national highway in Amethi, has been demolished.
The Government is all set to begin a survey to find out the Madrassas that are not affiliated. The Government had demolished this madrassa as part of an investigation held in connection to this survey. It has been done in accompaniment of a huge police force and also levied a penalty of 2.24 lakhs from the owner.
The Madrassa was built in 2009. But the natives said that no religious classes have been taking place in the Madrassa since the last two years. In this background, a detailed investigation will be held by the police about the activities of the Madrassa including its funding.
