New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the women self help group meeting being held at Karahal in Madhya Pradesh on 17 September.
The PM Office said that the PM will attend the SHG meeting with the members at around 12 pm on 17 September. Thousands of women members, who are promoted under Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Rural Livelihoods Mission, are expected to attend the programme
The PM will also inaugurate four PVTG (Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups) skill groups that come under PM Kaushal Vikas Yojana, said PMO.
Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission also provides awareness on issues like domestic violence, women’s education and other issues related to gender, nutrition, sanitation, health for the women SHG members, added PMO.
