Lucknow: Yogi Government announced compensation for the family of the girls who were murdered brutally in Lakhimpur Kheri last day. They will get 25 lakh rupees and property as compensation. It is on last day, the girls were found murdered in the sugarcane field, near their house.
The compensation was announced by the CM Yogi Adityanath. They will also get their house renovated and property for farming. The CM has also given instructions to consider the case in a fast-track court.
All the six culprits are under the judicial custody now. The cremation will take place after the post mortem procedures.
The sibling girl children were found hanged by yesterday morning. It is clarified from the investigation that the children were killed and hanged from the primary investigation held afterwards. After this, the culprits were arrested by the police in an active enquiry. The girls were killed by Sohile, Junaid and Hafeezullah. Kareemuddin and Aarif joined with them to destroy the evidence.
Police said that the girls were the friends of Junaid and Suhail. They manipulated the friendship and raped the girls in a nearby field. When the girls demanded to marry them, they killed both the girls and later hanged them to deviate from the case.
Meanwhile, the parents said that their children were killed after being kidnapped.
