Kochi: High Court with severe criticism over the bad condition of roads. The court said that walking on the state’s roads is a test of luck. The court also said that those who get to the roads should not have to go back to the coffin. The court’s reference was while considering the case related to the damage of the Aluva-Perumbavoor road.
However, the government replied that the road is being upgraded according to the financial situation. The superintending engineer told the court that the road started damaging after the onset of monsoon.
