Mumbai: The underworld don Dawood Ibrahim’s friend Riyaz Bhatia got arrested in a money laundering case. The investigation team arrested him from Andheri region and informed that he will be charged with threats and money laundering cases.
The culprit and his friend Salim Froot had seized a vehicle and seven lakh rupees over a life threat against a businessman in Andheri. Both of them got arrested in a secret investigation.
The crime branch approached the court demanding the custody of Salim Froot. Many cases have been registered at several police stations in Mumbai. He is the prime suspect in a money laundering case in which the police chief was involved.
