Srinagar: Police have arrested the culprits over the explosion that took place inside a bus at Udhampur. Police clarified that among the arrested, two people have close connections with terrorist associations and it is found that a culprit named Aslam has close contact with Pakistan.
It is also identified that he got sticky bombs through Hirannagar boundaries and conducted money transactions with Pakistan terrorist organizations. Police said that other culprits are being interrogated and one of them went on hiding.
Earlier, the police suspected that Pakistan was behind the blast.
Two people were injured in the explosion that took place in a bus at 10.30 pm last night in Udhampur district of Jammu Kashmir.
As the bus was out of service, it was parked in an empty space near the petrol pump in Dowli Chowk. The people who got injured in the incident have been admitted to the district hospital.
The police and other agencies reached the place soon after the incident.
