New Delhi: Khajuri police arrested two PFI terrorists in Delhi today . The activists Ansar Ali and Mohammed Samun were arrested under the sections of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act. The accused were planning and conspiring against the Central Government.
The PFI activists were booked under sections 120(b), 153(a) of IPC and 10/13 of UAPA, informed the police.
The terrorists were trying to leave the country following the ban of PFI. Police had arrested the abettors of Ansar Ali and Mohammed Suman recently. Mohammed Shoaib, Habib Asgar Jamali, Abdul Rabb and Warish were arrested on Monday. Three PFI offices were also sealed on the same day.
Ministry of Home Affairs and Delhi Police are monitoring the situation, said the investigation team.
33 terrorists were arrested in the raids held in 50 locations by NIA in the month of September.
