Kannur: Massive drugs hunt held in Kannur. LSD stamps and MDMA worth lakhs of rupees has been seized from Muhammad Shanil, a native of Pathayakunnu, at Thottada in the National Highway.
The prohibited substances were found during a vehicle inspection conducted as part of a special narcotics drive. It was carried in a Tata Tiago car numbered KL 40 S 3693. 191 LSD stamps and 6.443 MDMA have been seized in the search. The investigation officers have also found that Shanil has connection with the drugs smuggling agencies centred in Kannur.
