New Delhi: The Supreme Court has dismissed the plea filed by the Kerala Government against assigning Adani Enterprises the operation, management and development of the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport.
The crucial decision was taken by the bench comprising Chief Justice U U Lalit and Justice B M Trivedi .The State Government’s plea was challenging the High Court’s judgement permitting Adani Enterprises to operate and manage the International Airport.
“Considering the fact that the private entity has been in operation since October 2021,we see no reason to interfere, said the bench while dismissing the petitions.
