Thiruvananthapuram: BJP State General Secretary P Sudheer demanded the Kerala Government to implement ban on Popular Front in the state soon. The visual of NIA officers who reached at the court in Kochi to submit plea for the custody of PFI leaders was recorded by the PFI activists, is really alarming. Even after such a grave issue, case has not been filed against the activists, told P Sudheer in the press meet in Thiruvananthapuram.
It seems as if the Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is unaware of the Central Government’s ban imposed on PFI in India. The State Government has sabotaged the ban on PFI and the Government has not yet sealed some of the PFI offices, said P Sudheer.
Religious terrorist organisation is still functioning in the State. All other States in the country except Kerala have closed and sealed the offices of the PFI within 24 hours of the ban. Kerala remains passive so as to assure the votes of terrorists.
PFI has been planning for major riot in Kerala. If the Government is reluctant to take action against religious extremist terror groups, BJP will conduct strong protest, added P Sudheer.
