Srinagar: In connection to Sunjwan terrosist attack in Jammu & Kashmir, NIA filed a charge sheet against 12 culprits. The charges filed against Jaish-e chief Masood Azhar Alvi, 5 Pak terrorists and 5 Kashmir natives. The charge sheet also mentioned about the terrorists those who participated in the conspiracy. The case was filed in a special court at Jammu.
The Sunjwan attack was planned by the Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorists and other terrorists working in support of Pakistan. They were captured from the location while infiltrating the nation through the tunnel. The attack was held prior to the PM’s 2022 Kashmir visit.
The attack was against a vehicle in which a CISF soldier was travelling. A safety officer was killed and nine soldiers were injured in the incident that took place in Jalalabad, near Jammu. Soon after the incident, the home ministry had ordered the NIA to start an investigation.
