Thiruvananthapuram: The State Government has decided to approach the High Court against Eldose Kunnappillil. The Government informed that a plea will be filed to quash his anticipatory bail. The investigation team met with Director General of Prosecution. The team got legal advise on the evidence of cases of rape and attempt to murder. The appeal questions the order issued by the Additional Sessions Court.
The interrogating team has complained that Eldose Kunnappillil is not cooperating while questioning. Eldose was questioned from 10 am till 5.30 pm today and following this, the team informed about his non-cooperation.
Though Eldose has secured anticipatory bail, the court has instructed him to be present for probe till November 1st.
