Huge gold hunt at Kochi airport; DRI seized more than 7 kg of gold

Kochi: DRI’s big gold hunt at Nedumbassery International Airport. The DRI team recovered more than 7 kg of gold from the plane during the inspection conducted after receiving secret information. The gold was on an Air India flight from Dubai. It was hidden under the seat.

Six people were detained in connection with the incident. They were travelling in the plane. The investigation team is interrogating them in detail.
