Kozhikode: CPI state secretary Kanam Rajendran again slams the Kerala Governor Arif Muhammad Khan. Kanam challenged the governor that he will deploy people as a protest to oppose the governor’s anti democratic actions. While talking with the media, Kanam said that the BJP is trying to sabotage the LDF government with the help of the Governor.
Meanwhile, the finance minister K N Balagopal has come up saying that the speech cannot be considered as anti national as commented by the Governor. As commented by the government, the opposition party also said that there is nothing wrong in the speech.
The Government is also considering the probable issues that could be raised if someone approaches the court for the resignation of the minister, who infact lost the Governor’s support. The Government has conducted a meeting with expert lawyers to discuss the same. It is said that the issue might have chances to extend even to a constitutional bench.
