Thiruvananthapuram: Indian Meteorological Department informs chances for heavy North-East monsoon rain in the southern districts of Kerala till 3 November. In this background, a yellow alert has been issued in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ernakulam, and Idukki districts. There are chances for heavy rain in isolated areas with thunder and lightning.

O3-11-2022: Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Idukki, Malappuram.
The MG road in Ernakulam flooded in the heavy rain yesterday and water flowed to the shops and other buildings. Water logging was also there in the pocket roads of areas including Panampilly Nagar. Currently, the authority issued alerts.
