Thiruvananthapuram: Police have taken one person in custody in connection with the assault near museum. The accused is the driver of the private secretary of minister Roshy Augustine. He is being interrogated.
The sexual assault on a lady who went for a morning walk at museum happened last Wednesday. The accused reached the spot in a car and attacked her. When the woman started screaming, he jumped over the gate of museum and escaped. The probe was held based on the statement of the woman as well as CCTV visuals.
