Clash in Poonch; Terrorist killed

Jammu: Security forces killed terrorist in an encounter near the Line of Control in Poonch. Two AK 47 rifles and a pistol were recovered from them.

Last day, Pakistan killed a terrorist who tried to infiltrate into Jammu and Kashmir. The infiltration attempt took place during the encounter in Kupwara. The terrorist tried to cross the Line of Control in Keran sector. After noticing the suspicious movement through the border, the security forces surrounded the terrorist. He then attacked the security forces. With this, the army also opened fire.

Earlier, three terrorists including Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Mukhtar Bhatt had been killed by the army in an encounter in Anantnag. Those who planned a massive attack were killed. AK-74 rifle, AK-56 rifle and pistol were recovered.
