Kochi: The Government has today filed a plea questioning the appointment in the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University against Governor Arif Mohammed Khan.
In the plea, the Government states that the appointment done by the Governor has violated the University law. The plea asks to cancel the appointment.
The plea filed by the Kerala Government in the High Court also asks to appoint some other Vice Chancellors till the verdict is pronounced.
