Chandigarh: Border Security Force has shot down a drone that was entering Panjab’s Firozepur India-Pak border. The incident occured at 11.25 last night.
A strange noise of the flying drone was heard above the area where BSF jawans from 137 Battalion were deployed, and the force immediately started firing . DJI Metris 300 RTX, a Hexa-copter model was brought down by firing, said the official.
The authorities have already started to block the infiltration of terrorists in the region. More forces have been deployed. This is the fourth drone that was shot down in thirty days.
