Agneepath recruitment rally in Kerala begins today; More than 2000 candidates will participate

Thiruvananthapuram:  The Agneepath recruitment rally in Kerala will begin today. Candidates who have registered online will have a chance to participate in the rally held at Kollam Lal Bahadur Shastri Stadium. The recruitment rally will be held from 26th to 29th and will end on 25th.

Candidates from Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ernakulam and Idukki districts are participating in the rally. The candidates are selected for Agniveer Technical, Agniveer Tradesmen (10th Class, 8th Class) and Agniveer (Clerk/Store Keeper Technical) categories.

Army Recruitment is held in the categories of Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant / Nursing Assistant Veterinary and Junior Commissioned Officer. Apart from Kerala, candidates from Karnataka, Lakshadweep and Mahi will also participate.

It is estimated that around 2,000 candidates will attend the recruitment rally every day. The district administration has arranged accommodation for the candidates coming for the recruitment. Accommodation is arranged in the Railway Community Hall.

Army officials have said that army recruitment is a free service. Candidates should carry the original documents along with the admit card and should not hand over the original certificates to those who offer recruitment, Army said.
