Kochi: Justice Devan Ramachandran, while considering the plea against Priya Varghese, observed discontent over her note against the court. The High Court informed that the statements delivered in the court is not personal. The court usually make several statements while hearing. And those statements have no other intentions. Haven’t used the term regarding digging while considering the plea against Priya Varghese, stated the court.
The clients should not consider the court as enemy. Have respect for the functioning of National Service Scheme, said Justice Devan Ramachandran. The court’s observation was following the face book post by Priya Varghese in which she expressed that ‘ not only digging pit, proud of even digging toilet for NSS’. Later Priya Varghese removed her post.
Justice Devan Ramachandran told that the things happening in the court must end in the court itself.
