New Delhi: Facebook’s parent company, Meta India, is going to be headed by a woman. Sandhya Devanathan has been appointed as the new head of the Meta India. She will take up the position of the Vice President from 1st January, 2023.
Sandhya will also become a part of the Asia Pacific leadership team. She has been a part of Meta since 2016. Sandhya has twenty two years of experience in the banking and technology sectors. She took over the position of Meta’s Head of Asia Pacific Gaming.
It was on yesterday Abhijit Bose, the head of WhatsApp India under Meta and Rajeev Agarwal, the head of public policy at Meta India resigned. . Both of them left after the resignation of Ajith Mohan, the former head of the meta India.
